Domestic Shipping

We aims to process your order immediately and expect that you will receive your item within the shortest period of time. However, we unable to guarantee the time will arrive in stipulated time. 

Same Day shipment if payment received before 1 pm, else on next day. We do ship everyday except Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday

Shipping fee are charged only for one time shipment. We shall not be liable for the next shipment charges due to wrong information provided by customer or fail-delivery attempt. If there is any return parcel to HOV, and customer request to resend, customer should pay for the second postage charges.

HOV reserves the right to decide the cheapest and most effective courier company ( Poslaju or Skynet ) based on your location and weight of your goods. 

HOV shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

Shipment tracking number will be updated on your order invoice after we have process your shipment daily. Once we have updated your shipment tracking, you will receive notification via email on the tracking id. You can track your order via our parcel tracking page.
